CHILD PANEL POLICY & AGREEMENT

1. PLATFORM IDENTITY

RukkyHub operates under the trading name RUKKYHUB, while its legally registered entity is:

Tbazix Company Limited (CAC – Nigeria)

All child panel services are provided under this legal entity for regulatory, tax, and compliance purposes.

 

By purchasing, activating, or using a Child Panel Plan, you agree to the terms and conditions contained in this Child Panel Plan Agreement.

The Child Panel Plan provides access to a white label SMM platform that allows you to operate your own branded SMM panel using our underlying SaaS infrastructure.

Your child panel is a separate business environment operated by you. You are responsible for the management, operation, customers, content, transactions, payments, orders, credentials, and activities conducted through your child panel.

 

1. Features Included in the Child Panel Plan

The Child Panel Plan may include:

  • Fully white label SMM panel
  • Custom domain support
  • Automatic SSL provisioning
  • SSL auto renewal
  • Custom logo and favicon
  • Custom brand name and colors
  • Responsive website design
  • Modern Light Theme
  • Custom homepage sections
  • Custom navigation and menu
  • Custom About page
  • Custom Contact page
  • Custom FAQ management
  • Custom Blog management
  • Custom Terms and Privacy Policy pages
  • Basic SEO settings
  • Independent customer accounts
  • Customer management
  • Customer block and unblock controls
  • Customer suspend and unsuspend controls
  • Service import and management
  • Custom service pricing
  • Service categories
  • Order management
  • Customer order history
  • Customer wallet and balance
  • Deposit management

2. Domain Responsibility

You are responsible for purchasing and maintaining your own domain name. The domain is not included in the Child Panel Plan unless expressly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for:

  • Domain registration fees
  • Domain renewal fees
  • Maintaining ownership of your domain
  • Keeping domain registration information accurate
  • DNS configuration
  • Renewing your domain before expiration
  • Resolving domain related issues with your domain registrar

We are not responsible for domain expiration, suspension, loss, transfer, or cancellation caused by your failure to maintain your domain.

 

3. Plugins and Premium Themes

Plugins are not included in the standard Child Panel Plan unless expressly stated otherwise. Optional plugins can be purchased separately when needed.

Available plugins may include:

  • WhatsApp Live Chat
  • Telegram Widget
  • Advanced SEO
  • Google Analytics
  • Popup and Marketing Tools
  • Social Proof
  • Additional website features
  • Future plugins added to the marketplace

Premium themes and theme upgrades may also require separate purchases. Plugin and theme availability, pricing, compatibility, and licensing may change over time.

 

4. Responsibility for Your Child Panel

You are responsible for the day to day operation of your child panel. The platform provides the SaaS infrastructure, but you operate your own branded business.

You are responsible for:

  • Your customers
  • Your customer accounts
  • Your customer credentials
  • Your website content
  • Your services
  • Your service pricing
  • Your orders
  • Your payment gateways
  • Your deposits
  • Your transactions
  • Your refunds
  • Your fees and charges
  • Your customer support
  • Your disputes
  • Your fraud claims
  • Your chargebacks
  • Your business policies
  • Your legal and regulatory compliance
  • Your Domain
5. Customer Accounts and Passwords

You are responsible for managing the customer accounts created on your child panel and for taking reasonable measures to protect customer information.

You are responsible for protecting:

  • Customer login credentials
  • Administrative credentials
  • SMTP credentials
  • Payment gateway credentials
  • Email
  • Phone Numbers
  • Usernames
  • Transaction
  • Other confidential account information

You must not knowingly expose, publish, sell, share, or misuse customer confidential credentials.

 

6. Customer Management

You are solely responsible for managing customers who register or use your child panel.

This includes:

  • Managing customer accounts
  • Blocking customers
  • Suspending customers
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Responding to support requests
  • Managing refunds
  • Handling disputes
  • Investigating suspicious activity
  • Managing customer orders
  • Communicating with customers
7. Payment Gateways and Deposits

You are responsible for every payment gateway connected to your child panel and for complying with the terms and requirements of the relevant payment provider.

You are responsible for:

  • Payment gateway configuration
  • Gateway credentials
  • Merchant accounts
  • Customer deposits
  • Deposit verification
  • Refunds
  • Payment disputes
  • Chargebacks
  • Fraudulent payments
  • Payment gateway fees
  • Taxes and other applicable charges

We are not responsible for payment gateway rejection, account limitation, payment holds, chargebacks, fraud losses, or payment provider disputes resulting from your business or your customers.

 

8. Customer Orders

You are responsible for orders placed through your child panel, including customer communication, order management, refunds where applicable, complaints, service related disputes, and customer expectations.

If a service is supplied through the platform's infrastructure, availability and delivery may depend on the relevant service provider or upstream system. We do not guarantee that every third party service will always be available, uninterrupted, or delivered within a particular timeframe.

 

9. Pricing and Fees

You are responsible for the prices and fees you charge your customers. You must clearly communicate your pricing and applicable charges to your customers.

You are also responsible for:

  • Your profit margins
  • Customer charges
  • Deposit fees where applicable
  • Payment processing costs
  • Refund costs
  • Chargeback costs
  • Applicable taxes
  • Other business expenses
10. Customer Disputes

You are responsible for resolving disputes between you and your customers. This includes disputes involving orders, deposits, refunds, service quality, service delivery, account access, pricing, fees, and payments.

We may provide technical support for the SaaS platform, but we are not required to act as an arbitrator between you and your customers.

 

11. Fraud and Chargebacks

You are responsible for investigating and managing suspected fraudulent activity occurring through your child panel.

You are also responsible for losses associated with fraudulent customer activity, unauthorized payments, chargebacks, payment reversals, and payment provider penalties relating to your business.

You must take reasonable precautions to detect and prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and suspicious transactions.

 

12. Prohibited Use and Abuse

You may not use your child panel or the platform to operate, promote, facilitate, or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, malicious, or prohibited activities.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Fraud
  • Scams
  • Phishing
  • Credential theft
  • Malware
  • Hacking
  • Unauthorized access
  • Payment fraud
  • Identity theft
  • Abuse of payment systems
  • Malicious automation
  • Illegal content or activities
  • Activities designed to harm our infrastructure
  • Activities that violate applicable laws
  • Activities that violate third party platform rules
13. Platform Abuse and Security

You must not attempt to:

  • Attack or overload the platform
  • Circumvent security controls
  • Access another tenant
  • Access another customer's account without authorization
  • Exploit vulnerabilities
  • Reverse engineer protected systems
  • Interfere with platform operations
  • Upload malicious code
  • Attempt unauthorized database access
  • Circumvent plan restrictions
  • Abuse APIs or infrastructure
  • Use the platform to attack third-party systems

Serious security abuse may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform or other users.

 

14. Tenant Data Isolation

Each child panel is intended to operate as an independent tenant. You may only access data belonging to your own child panel.

You must not attempt to access:

  • Another tenant's customers
  • Another tenant's orders
  • Another tenant's transactions
  • Another tenant's settings
  • Another tenant's credentials
  • Another tenant's files
  • Another tenant's private information
15. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for all content published through your child panel, including website content, blog posts, images, logos, service descriptions, FAQs, policies, advertisements, and customer communications.

You must ensure that your content does not violate applicable law or third party rights.

 

16. Legal and Regulatory Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your child panel business complies with the laws, regulations, licensing requirements, advertising requirements, consumer protection requirements, tax obligations, and other rules applicable to your business and jurisdiction.

The platform does not provide legal, tax, financial, or regulatory advice.

 

17. Suspension for Abuse or Violations

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend a child panel where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

  • Abuse
  • Fraud
  • Security threats
  • Illegal activity
  • Serious payment issues
  • Repeated violations of these terms
  • Unauthorized access attempts
  • Infrastructure abuse
  • Excessive resource consumption
  • Non payment
  • Expired plan
  • Domain related security issues
  • Violation of applicable laws or third party requirements

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. However, immediate suspension may be applied where necessary to protect the platform, other tenants, customers, payment systems, or third parties.

 

18. Plan Expiration

The Child Panel Plan is subject to the purchased duration, subscription period, or applicable plan terms.

If the plan expires and is not renewed, access to the child panel may be restricted or suspended.

Following the applicable grace or retention period, the child panel and associated data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy within 30 Days From expired Date.

You are responsible for renewing your plan before expiration if you wish to maintain uninterrupted access.

 

19. Non Payment

If required fees are not paid when due, we may restrict or suspend access to the child panel.

Continued non payment may result in termination of the panel and deletion of associated data following any applicable grace or retention period of 30 Days.

You remain responsible for charges incurred before termination.

 

20. Termination by You

You may request cancellation or termination of your child panel according to the applicable cancellation procedure.

Cancellation does not automatically eliminate outstanding obligations, fees, customer disputes, chargebacks, or other liabilities incurred before termination. Cancellation does not automatically means a refund of paid amount will be return to you. All payment made to purchase / Rent our panel is final.

 

21. Termination by Us

We may terminate a child panel where there is a serious or repeated violation of these terms.

Termination may occur for reasons including:

  • Fraud
  • Illegal activity
  • Serious abuse
  • Security violations
  • Unauthorized access
  • Payment abuse
  • Repeated policy violations
  • Circumvention of platform restrictions
  • Threats to the platform or other tenants
  • Non payment
  • Misuse of the service

Termination may be immediate where the circumstances reasonably require immediate action.

 

22. Effect of Termination

After termination, access to the child panel may be disabled.

Depending on the circumstances:

  • The website may become inaccessible.
  • Customer login may be disabled.
  • Administrative access may be removed.
  • Plugins may become inactive.
  • The domain connection may stop functioning through the platform.
  • Stored data may eventually be deleted.

You are responsible for maintaining your own lawful backups where permitted and appropriate.

 

23. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third party services, payment providers, APIs, service providers, domain registrars, email providers, social networks, and other external systems.

Third party services may experience downtime, rate limits, pricing changes, API changes, account restrictions, service discontinuation, delays, or errors.

We are not responsible for failures caused by third party services outside our reasonable control.

 

24. Platform Availability

We aim to provide a reliable SaaS platform, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Maintenance, upgrades, security measures, infrastructure problems, third party outages, network failures, or events beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

 

25. Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for protecting your administrative account and credentials.

You should:

  • Use strong passwords
  • Keep credentials confidential
  • Enable available security features
  • Restrict administrative access
  • Avoid sharing administrator accounts
  • Protect API and SMTP credentials
  • Monitor suspicious account activity
26. Administrative Access

You are responsible for all activity performed through your administrative account. Any staff, contractors, or authorized users you provide access to are also your responsibility.

You must not knowingly share administrative access in a way that violates your plan or these terms.

 

27. Backups and Data

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate copies of important business information where permitted and appropriate.

We may maintain system backups as part of our infrastructure operations, but backups are not a guarantee that every item can be restored after every incident.

 

28. Platform Updates and Changes

We may improve, modify, update, replace, or discontinue platform features from time to time.

This may include changes to:

  • Themes
  • Plugins
  • Services
  • APIs
  • Payment integrations
  • Administrative interfaces
  • Website components
  • Infrastructure
  • Pricing
  • Plan features
29. Your Relationship With Your Customers

Customers who register on your child panel are interacting with your branded business. You are responsible for clearly identifying your business and providing appropriate customer facing contact information and policies.

You are responsible for all customer support and commercial obligations arising from your business.

 

30. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the platform provider, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your child panel
  • Your customers
  • Your content
  • Your services
  • Your payment activities
  • Customer disputes
  • Fraud
  • Chargebacks
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of applicable law
  • Your violation of third party rights
  • Misuse of the platform
31. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business losses arising from your operation of the child panel.

This includes losses relating to:

  • Customer disputes
  • Lost profits
  • Payment provider restrictions
  • Chargebacks
  • Fraud
  • Third party service interruptions
  • Domain expiration
  • Customer account issues
  • Loss of business
  • Loss of data resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control

Nothing in this section is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

 

32. Acceptance of This Agreement

By purchasing, activating, or using the Child Panel Plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.

You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for operating your child panel.
  • You are responsible for your customers.
  • You are responsible for customer accounts and credentials.
  • You are responsible for your payment gateways and deposits.
  • You are responsible for your orders and customer disputes.
  • You are responsible for fraud, chargebacks, and payment related issues arising from your business.
  • You must purchase and maintain your own domain.
  • Plugins are optional and purchased separately unless expressly included in your plan.
  • Premium themes or theme upgrades may require separate purchases.
  • You must not use the platform for prohibited or abusive activities.
  • Your panel may be suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud, violations, non payment, expiration, or other circumstances described in this Agreement.
33. Final Responsibility Notice

The Child Panel Plan provides you with the technology and infrastructure needed to operate your own branded SMM business. It does not transfer responsibility for the operation of that business to the platform provider.

 

34. POLICY UPDATES

We may update this policy at any time.

Continued use of child panel services = acceptance of updated terms.

18. ACCEPTANCE

By purchasing or using a child panel, you confirm that:

You understand how the system works

You accept all restrictions and responsibilities

You agree to comply with all RukkyHub policies, Teams,

You accept AML, GDPR, and compliance requirements

 

Your panel. Your brand. Your customers. Your responsibility.

You agree to operate your panel responsibly, protect your customers, comply with applicable laws, manage your payments and orders properly, and take reasonable measures to prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
